Honest Leisure Review considers collaborations that are relevant to leisure, hobbies and time well spent, provided readers can readily tell editorial coverage from commercial material.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly defined partner placements, relevant resource listings and commissioned or supported material that fits the publication's subject. A proposal should explain the activity, audience, format and what support or placement is being requested. Relevance and reader clarity matter more than broad promotional claims.

How placements are labelled

Partner-supported and paid material is identified where it appears, using plain language that distinguishes it from independent editorial coverage. A commercial relationship does not guarantee an endorsement, a review or a favourable opinion. Editorial decisions and any stated limits remain clear to readers.

Include the organisation or project name, the proposed placement, its intended audience and any commercial relationship readers should understand. We assess proposals individually and may decline material that is unclear, unsuitable or inconsistent with the publication.
